PODCAST #243 – LENSIS

✈ To celebrate this new episode, we’re proud to host a singular voice from the Italian underground: LENSIS — DJ, producer and co-founder of Fluctus Soul.

Lensis is the musical project of Francesco Giannuzzi. His adventure began in 2009, playing clubs and festivals between Varese and Milan, and his DJ sets move through acid, dark, Detroit, rave, raw and electro sounds, with IDM and ambient influences running underneath.

Co-founder of the Fluctus Soul label, he has released EPs and remixes on Diffuse Reality, Materia, Sector Audio, PTR Physical Techno Recordings and TC Records. He is also a pillar of the Tech Clubbers collective, as resident DJ and co-organiser of its events.

He recorded this podcast in his studio, mixing modern and historical tracks — starting from a hypnotic sound before moving on to raw sounds and minimal rhythms, with the aim of a set that is always in motion. His pick from the mix? James Ruskin – Work (Steve Rachmad Remix), a track tied to an unforgettable night at the legendary Dude Club in Milan, when Max_M (RIP) played it during his set — a total immersion he still remembers years later.

Enjoy and feel free to share! Love & Techno ❤
