PODCAST #240 – UNCONFORMIST

✈ To celebrate this new episode, we’re proud to host a singular voice from the Swiss underground: UNCONFORMIST — DJ, producer and founder of Unconform Records.

Sitting at the intersection of hypnotic techno, breakbeat and psychedelic electronic music, Unconformist has built his sound on experimentation, raw energy and a refusal to stay within one genre. DJing since 2011 and producing since 2014, his sets move between deep, mental and percussive techno, broken rhythms and more psychedelic territories — always focused on progression and atmosphere rather than formulas.

With appearances at Boiler Room, Hör Berlin, BCCO and Blackworks, he’s developed a sound built equally for intense dancefloor moments and deeper listening. His productions have found a home on labels including Crisis of Man, Bipolar Disorder and Abstraction, with recent releases on Newrhythmic and EarToGround further defining his raw, hypnotic and hardware-driven approach.

He recorded this podcast in his living room, approaching it like a club set — letting the music dictate the direction. His pick from the mix? [KRTM] – Ashdrip, a track he loves for the way it combines raw power with a distinctive atmosphere: dark, physical tension, yet precise — brutal and hypnotic at the same time.

Enjoy and feel free to share! Love & Techno ❤
